How to Use
All you need is a PC or Laptop with a USB port. Simply plug the Med-a-Drive® device into the USB port and the program will automatically start up. On the left side of the program screen you will see the Contents List.
Simply place your mouse cursor on an item and click to open. Then proceed to type in your individual information in the spaces provided. You can also click on the blue arrows of any screen to go to the next or previous screen.

Entering Medical Information
After entering a line of information on the Emergency Contact(s), Drug and Food Allergies, Current Medications, Current Conditions, or Treating Physicians screens, a new entry line will automatically appear.
You can choose to print any individual screen or select the Print All option.
Remember you can choose to enter as much information as you feel is necessary. You may opt to leave out your social security number, birth date, etc. for security reasons.
